TekMinds offers something most Pakistan-based engineering roles can't: direct exposure to US energy and industrial projects, US-trained leadership, and a culture that invests in your professional and personal growth.
View Open RolesWe don't just offer jobs. We offer a platform to grow — technically, professionally, and personally.
Work directly on US energy projects — from solar farms and BESS systems to switchgear packages and utility substation design. Get the kind of project experience that most Pakistani engineers never access.
Every new hire goes through a structured onboarding programme covering US codes (NEC, NEMA, UL, IEEE), client communication standards, and tool proficiency — with ongoing mentorship from experienced leads.
TekMinds has grown from 1 to 100+ professionals in four years. That growth creates real opportunities — for technical specialisation, team leadership, and expanded client responsibility.
Over 30% of our engineering team is female — one of the highest ratios in our sector. We actively recruit, mentor, and advance women engineers at every level.
Flexible hours, hybrid work options, and a management team that genuinely cares about your well-being. We believe great work comes from energised, balanced people — not burnt-out ones.
Salaries benchmarked against the top quartile for Pakistan-based engineering roles, with performance-based increments, annual reviews, and a transparent compensation framework.
TekMinds is a young, energetic team with an average age of 28. Most of our engineers joined straight from university — and have grown into specialists working on real US engineering projects within their first year.
Our founders are hands-on. Adeel and Taimur are both active in technical reviews, client calls, and team development. The organisation is flat enough that your work is seen, and your voice is heard.
We take work/life balance seriously. Hybrid work options, flexible hours, and a management team that understands that the best engineers are energised engineers — not exhausted ones.
And we're genuinely committed to gender diversity. Over 30% of our team is female. Women lead projects, manage client relationships, and are treated as full equals in every meeting and every review.
Engineering is what we do — but it's the people and the moments in between that make TekMinds worth joining.

At TekMinds, over 30% of our engineering team is female — and we're actively working to grow that number. Women here lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior engineers, and are treated as full equals in every technical conversation and every performance review.
If you've encountered barriers in Pakistani engineering environments — being overlooked, talked over, or steered away from technical roles — TekMinds is built differently. Our founders shaped a culture from day one where your capability is the only thing that determines your trajectory.
"We've built a place where women engineers grow just as fast, take on just as much responsibility, and are just as visible as anyone else on the team. That's not an aspiration — it's how we operate every day."
We hire continuously as our client base grows. Below are currently active roles — check back regularly or send an open application.
We are hiring a Program Manager to join our remote team based in Pakistan. You will coordinate a portfolio of grid-connected solar PV projects, supporting the US-based team from the early interconnection stage (UIA) to the final utility approval stage (PTO). This is a senior-level coordination role that requires project management, stakeholder communication, and a good understanding of the solar design and interconnection process.
This position supports our US client, a large integrated solar developer and operator of assets exceeding 1.1GW. We are seeking a full-time Grid Interconnection Engineer to support utility interconnection applications and provide technical oversight for renewable energy projects across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of utility-scale solar PV systems, distribution/transmission systems, and interconnection standards.
This position requires some overlap with US EST hours (~5:00 pm – 2:00 am Pakistan Time), Monday–Friday. Competitive salary, hybrid schedule, commuter allowance, comprehensive medical, and bonus.
We are seeking a full-time Medium Voltage (MV) Electrical Switchgear Design Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, specification, and documentation of MV switchgear systems (5kV–38kV), including single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, equipment layouts, and protection/control design. All designs must meet ANSI, UL, NEC, NEMA, IEEE, and IEC standards.
We are seeking an expert-level Oracle Primavera P6 Scheduler. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing, maintaining, and managing integrated master schedules for complex projects — with demonstrated experience in 500+ line item schedules across 10+ parallel projects. The Scheduler should also be comfortable developing junior team members.
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Karachi, working exclusively on projects for US-based industrial and energy clients. The role involves detailed mechanical design work including 3D enclosure modelling, sheet metal design, structural analysis, and fabrication drawing packages — delivered to ASME, IEC, UL, and NEMA standards.
We are seeking a full-time Solar Design Engineer to perform engineering and project support tasks for commercial and utility-scale solar/PV systems. All work is performed for clients in the United States. The candidate must have expertise in detailed design packages including plan and elevation drawings, schematics, and energy model calculations.
Our client, a leading renewable energy industry firm in the US, is seeking to hire a Procurement Specialist on the Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for initiating and managing communication with vendors, developing Purchase Order packages, preparing analytical reports, and providing support services to the supply chain team. This is a hybrid position based out of our Karachi office but working exclusively with and for a firm in the US.
We hire continuously and often have unlisted needs. If you're a talented engineer who wants to work on US projects with a team that invests in your growth — send us your CV and tell us what you do best.
