What You'll Do

• Support project managers on technical, commercial, and logistical tasks including permitting, RFIs, technical assessments, customer interaction, and utility coordination.
• Prepare bid documents, set up Procore Bidroom, and manage subcontractor bid/buyout process and invoicing.
• Coordinate compliance of administrative and accounting requirements in subcontracts and maintain up-to-date records.

We are hiring a Program Manager to join our remote team based in Pakistan. You will coordinate a portfolio of grid-connected solar PV projects, supporting the US-based team from the early interconnection stage (UIA) to the final utility approval stage (PTO). This is a senior-level coordination role that requires project management, stakeholder communication, and a good understanding of the solar design and interconnection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of PV solar interconnection projects from Utility Interconnection Application (UIA) to Permission to Operate (PTO).
• Coordinate across multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and interdependencies are aligned.
• Follow up weekly on project pipeline progress and update Salesforce trackers.

We are seeking a full-time Grid Interconnection Engineer to support utility interconnection applications and provide technical oversight for renewable energy projects across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of utility-scale solar PV systems, distribution/transmission systems, and interconnection standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of utility interconnection applications from initial submission through project closeout.
• Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technical standards (IEEE 1547, NFPA 70, UL 1741) with on-the-job training.
• Review and analyse technical documents, utility studies (System Impact Studies, Pre-screens), and interconnection agreements.

Working Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accurate identification and selection of part numbers based on project requirements and design standards.
• Interpret and analyse Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), control schematics, and panel wiring diagrams to ensure functional accuracy.

Technical Expertise Required

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Medium Voltage (MV) Electrical Switchgear Design Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, specification, and documentation of MV switchgear systems (5kV–38kV), including single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, equipment layouts, and protection/control design. All designs must meet ANSI, UL, NEC, NEMA, IEEE, and IEC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), three-line diagrams, and detailed schematics for MV switchgear assemblies including integrated LV sections.
• Prepare equipment layouts, general arrangements, and wiring diagrams using CAD tools.
• Perform component selection for breakers, relays, CTs/VTs, busbars, interlocks, and auxiliaries.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to suppliers for sourcing of electrical, mechanical, and civil goods and services in support of the company's solar development projects.
• Manage vendor communication throughout the lifecycle of the procurement phase.
• Analyse quotations from different suppliers, utilising Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tools and reconciling with approved ROMs.
• Negotiate with suppliers on equipment costs and project timeline deliverables.
