Structured Training & Mentorship

Every new hire goes through a structured onboarding programme covering US codes (NEC, NEMA, UL, IEEE), client communication standards, and tool proficiency — with ongoing mentorship from experienced leads.

Real Career Growth

TekMinds has grown from 1 to 100+ professionals in four years. That growth creates real opportunities — for technical specialisation, team leadership, and expanded client responsibility.

Women-Welcoming Culture

Over 30% of our engineering team is female — one of the highest ratios in our sector. We actively recruit, mentor, and advance women engineers at every level.

Work / Life Balance

Flexible hours, hybrid work options, and a management team that genuinely cares about your well-being. We believe great work comes from energised, balanced people — not burnt-out ones.

Competitive Compensation

Salaries benchmarked against the top quartile for Pakistan-based engineering roles, with performance-based increments, annual reviews, and a transparent compensation framework.

What It's Like to
Work Here

TekMinds is a young, energetic team with an average age of 28. Most of our engineers joined straight from university — and have grown into specialists working on real US engineering projects within their first year.

Our founders are hands-on. Adeel and Taimur are both active in technical reviews, client calls, and team development. The organisation is flat enough that your work is seen, and your voice is heard.

We take work/life balance seriously. Hybrid work options, flexible hours, and a management team that understands that the best engineers are energised engineers — not exhausted ones.

And we're genuinely committed to gender diversity. Over 30% of our team is female. Women lead projects, manage client relationships, and are treated as full equals in every meeting and every review.
