TekMinds International provides engineering outsourcing and technical staffing services to business clients, primarily in the United States. Our services include but are not limited to electrical engineering design, solar and renewable energy engineering, mechanical and structural design, project management support, financial modelling, and sales and compliance documentation.
All service engagements are governed by the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fee terms agreed upon in writing (by email, statement of work, or formal contract) between TekMinds and the client prior to commencement of work. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.
TekMinds reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

With respect to deliverables produced under a services engagement: upon full payment of all fees due, TekMinds grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TekMinds retains ownership of all underlying tools, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property incorporated in the deliverables.
Client-provided materials (drawings, specifications, data) remain the intellectual property of the client. TekMinds will not use client-provided materials for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed scope of work.
TekMinds treats all client project information, business data, and technical specifications as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the services or as required by law.

Similarly, any proprietary information that TekMinds shares with clients — including pricing, team structures, and internal processes — should be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without our consent.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TekMinds International and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration in Loudoun County, Virginia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
TekMinds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For active service engagements, any changes to Terms will not affect the terms already agreed upon in the relevant statement of work or contract for that engagement.
