Adeel and Taimur each spent two decades in North America before founding TekMinds together. They bring complementary skills — technical depth and commercial execution — that define how TekMinds operates today.
Adeel brings 20+ years of technical sales, engineering, and manufacturing operations experience gained across North America. His career spans diverse industries — from industrial manufacturing to energy infrastructure — giving him an unusual combination of hands-on technical depth and commercial acumen that very few engineering leaders possess.
He returned to Pakistan in 2016 to lead and modernise the family's Sunbeam manufacturing business, where he applied US-quality standards and operational discipline to a decades-old industrial operation. That experience became the foundation for TekMinds — a firm built on the conviction that world-class engineering quality is not a function of geography.
At TekMinds, Adeel oversees engineering quality, team development, and client delivery. He is deeply involved in technical hiring, training standards, and the tools and workflows that define how TekMinds produces its work.
Taimur brings 20+ years of project delivery, client management, and business strategy experience — built entirely in North America. He founded and scaled a Washington, DC-based consulting firm to over 100 professionals, working with multiple industry verticals and government institutions. That experience gave him an instinct for building service organisations that clients genuinely trust and rely on.
He returned to Pakistan in 2016 and immediately saw the opportunity that would become TekMinds: a highly skilled engineering labour pool with limited access to the international project experience that would unlock their potential. TekMinds was the answer to that problem — bringing US-trained leadership, process discipline, and client relationships to a team of talented Pakistani engineers.
At TekMinds, Taimur leads client relationships, business development, and strategic growth. He is the primary point of contact for new clients and oversees how TekMinds scales its service offering to match client demand.
